Milk & Honey Refund Policy

Returns & Exchanges

Every Milk & Honey item is made to order just for you. Because of this, we do not accept returns or exchanges for buyer's remorse, incorrect sizing, or change of mind.

We will gladly replace or refund an item if:

• Your order arrives damaged.
• Your order arrives with a manufacturing defect.
• You receive the wrong item.
• Your order is lost in transit (after carrier investigation, when applicable).

If you experience any of these issues, please contact us within 14 days of delivery and include:

• Your order number
• A description of the issue
• Clear photos of the product and packaging

Approved claims will be resolved with a replacement or refund at no additional cost.
